In the same school, two girls of around three and a half to four years are studying in the nursery, They both used to go to school every morning and come home till afternoon. Shinde said that the case has been ordered to be trial in a fast track court and the accused has been given strict punishment. Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister Devendra Fadnavis has also ordered to investigate the accused and the school concerned and take strict action against them.
The State Commission for Women has also taken cognizance of the matter and an investigation report has been sought from the police.
