Chief Justice TS Sivagnanam and Justice Hiranmay Bhattacharyya commended the CBI to execute the inquest on Top Priority Basis.
The Court also recommended to take the help of Officers from neighbouring states to lend a hand in the investigation if there is presently inadequate manpower.

The Court further adds, the present case is very unusual and unexpected. We believe in saying so because even after five days, there has been no real progress in the investigation which was necessary at this time. Therefore, we are considering to transfer the investigation of this case to the CBI.
